The fund generates income derived from two sources:

• Rental properties: single family homes or multifamily properties
• Rapid disposition of certain assets (selected based on specific market conditions, property`s qualities, etc)

Income generated is distributed bi-monthly to our investors, with detailed reports generated every month.
