Gabriela De Marinis
Founder
With a professional career of more than 35 years in the areas of information and communications technology, banking and finance, with corporate clients in the US and overseas, Gabriela started her career in real estate as an investor in FL in 1994. She holds degrees from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the University of California in Los Angeles, has participated in innumerable transactions in residential and commercial real estate, and has obtained broker licenses in the states of California and Florida.
Daisy Danna
Co-Founder
As co-founder of Fenix Capital Investments, Daisy is responsible for daily operations of the fund, including acquisition, disposition, and management. She has lived and worked in Southern Florida for the past 30 years, has a profound knowledge of the different areas and neighborhoods in the region, their economic progress during the years, and their future trends. She holds a degree from the National University of Tucuman, Argentina and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Miami Association of Realtors, and participates in and is involved with different local charities and neighborhood associations.

Lawyer
With degrees in electrical engineering, master in business administration and a PhD in law, Mario has established his legal practice in Miami specializing in commercial, litigation and corporate law. During his extensive professional career, he has worked for large multinational companies both in the US and overseas, initially in technical positions and then transitioning to the commercial departments. His deep knowledge of international affairs provides Mario with a unique talent to assist clients from different parts of the world.
Carla Carrai CPA

Carla is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). With a professional career of several years at large multinational companies in the US, she is currently a partner at CNC Certified Public Accountants. Her extensive knowledge of accounting practices both in the US and overseas qualifies Carla to assist a diverse clientele of US and international customers.
